Hunter's Vacation Rentals

Jimmy and Ellen Hunter have been renting personal vacation homes and condos since 1987.  We have vacation rental properties in Tennessee and Indiana and ranging in size from 800 square feet to 3,400 square feet.  From cabins, executive homes and condos in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN, Ocoee TN and Muncie IN, ranging in size from 1 bedroom up to 4 bedrooms.

We live in Indiana and we have a wonderful life.  We have our own tax business so our rental business is our hobby.  Actually we have carefully chosen these properties in locations we love so that you can enjoy all that the locations have to offer, while living in your home away from home.  We look forward to having you stay in any one of our properties.  See you on vacation!

Our vacation rental properties are fully furnished and each vacation cabin, home or condo rental have different amenities depending on the location. We have vacation homes with mountain views, ocean views, private swimming pools, fireplaces, wireless, central AC & heat, patios and decks, hot tubs, outdoor grills, washer and dryers, HDTV’s with cable, game rooms and more. Our condos, cabins, historical homes and executive residences are personally owned by us and we manage all our vacation rental properties. When you rent one of our vacation cabins, condos or vacation homes you are renting and dealing with us, not some vacation property management company. We take personal pride to ensure all our vacation homes, from Tennessee to Georgia, are clean, reasonably priced and ready for you to enjoy a vacation adventure with your family or friends.

We use Vacation Rentals By Owner (VRBO), HomeAway and AirB&B for reservations for most of our vacation properties.  We strive to keep our calendars updated and accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Prices are subject to change and vary by season, location and number of people and do not include taxes, any rental fees  or cleaning fees. Most our vacation rentals require a 2 night minimum stay with weekly and monthly rates available on some rental properties. Some of our vacation rental properties are also pet friendly. A deposit may be required to secure your vacation rental and there is a cancellation fee on all our rental properties. Certain discounts may also be available at the time of booking. Minimum age for all our rental properties is 18.
